Training
Our approach to training is designed to transfer skills and knowledge to the participants. Wherever possible we use real-world examples, and we keep the jargon to a minimum. We coach people to solve the problems that they face in their workplace, every day. Our Lean Awareness sessions, factory simulation workshops and team-building sessions provide highly effective “learning by doing”. Participants understand how, why and where to apply the tools they've learned. They develop the confidence to make real improvements in the workplace.
Just as importantly, all of our training is tailored to your needs. We focus on the things that you need now.
Our consultants and trainers are experienced at working at all levels of the organisatio - whether it’s a 20-minute briefing in your canteen or a twelve-month development programme for the Board. All have a friendly, down-to-earth approach, and combine professional training skills with many years of practical experience.
Based on an extensive library of resources, coupled with thousands of hours of practical experience, we can quickly put together bespoke training that delivers exactly what you need, at a time and place that suits you.
We can also provide "train the trainer" workshops and facilitation skills training so that you can develop your own in-house expertise.
