Supporting our Clients - Coronavirus COVID-19
We will continue to support our clients to the fullest extent that we can:
- We expect our telephone answering service on 01325 627070 and 01325 328855 to continue to be manned from 0830-1800 Mon-Fri. They can patch calls through to home numbers and mobiles, and/or pass on messages via email and text as required. Outside of these hours, any voicemail messages are usually relayed within minutes to our on-call mobile numbers.
- Our consultants and trainers are now mainly operating from fully-equipped home offices.
- In addition to continuing to provide project documentation via shared online folder(s), we have invested in GoToMeeting* software so that we can continue to support clients remotely. This not only offers video conferencing and chat messaging, but also the ability to share screens and applications, keyboard and mouse operation. We find that in many instances this facility is at least as effective as face-to-face meetings and on-site training workshops.
