Our involvement can range from Corporate Strategy
development with the Board, to reducing set-up
times on a particular machine or line. Whether
you want to develop a radical new direction for
the organisation, get the top team to pull together,
or project manage an improvement plan, we can

Business Strategy
We work closely with the Business Owner(s),
Chief Executive or Board of Directors to help
develop a clear long-term strategy for the organisation.
Not simply a written “Business Plan”,
with the usual spreadsheets and graphs, but
more importantly the essential thinking that’s
needed before committing the plan to paper.
The exact way we achieve this depends on the
organisation’s needs. At its simplest,
this can be to provide a sounding-board for
the business owner or senior management team:
an independent assessment, perhaps combined
with market research or competitor analysis,
or simply playing the role of Devil’s
Advocate. More often, we develop and run structured
workshop sessions. Led by an experienced facilitator,
these are confidential, often challenging sessions.
A rigorous approach, combined with proven tools
and techniques, takes you through the whole
process of analysis, choice and implementation.
Once you’re happy with the outline strategy
we can then help you translate this into an
Implementation Plan. Working with those who
will implement the plan, we work out the implications
for the different areas of the business, and
gain commitment to making it happen. Finally,
we can help you put in place the performance
management systems to review and improve the
whole process.
