prices shown exclude VAT. All
downloadable training packages must be paid
in advance of downloading. Payment
will be made through Paypal and payments are
accepted by credit and debit cards.

The
file contains audio and video in Windows
Media Audio / Video file format. The
video will play with, amongst others,
Windows Movie Player. The latest
version of the free player is available for
download from Microsoft.
A Mac version is also available from the
same location.
Process
When
you purchase the download, you will be taken
to a secure Paypal webpage where you
complete your contact and payment
details. By using Paypal your
credit/debit card details will not be
available to us.
You
will first receive an email with the subject
"Response Required: Please
confirm your request to purchase SMED
training package". It is
essential you follow the instructions in
order to receive the second email.
The
second email contains the hyperlink and the
password giving you access to the
downloadable material. NOTE, the video
will not play when using Firefox or Safari
as your browser. If you experience
this difficulty, copy the hyperlink and
paste it into a different browser such as
Internet Explorer.
To
download the video, open the video file and you
will see the download link at the bottom of
the page under the "Details"
tab. It is recommended that you save
the files to your PC's hard drive or to any
other storage device. However the
files will remain accessible to you for a
minimum of 1 month from the date of
purchase.
Refund
Policy
If
you genuinely feel you have not received
value for money from our training packages,
please contact us and let us know.

of the purchase price. Copyright All

others or use any materials without our written
