Nicholson Consultancy is an independent management consultancy and training organisation, based in the North East of England and operating throughout the UK since November 2000.

We offer a bespoke service, with on-site practical consultancy and training in:

• developing your strategy for the future you want

• building the skills of your people to move your plans forward

• improving how you work, both in office-based processes and in the factory, to achieve your goals

Nicholson Consultancy is registered with the BIS Manufacturing Advisory Service as a Centre of Expertise in Manufacturing using Lean tools and techniques.
